Procedure for Setting Up / Renovation of Infrastructure Service
1. The department intending to avail the infrastructure setup or renovation services shall submit a detailed proposal to M/s Info Tech Corporation of Goa Ltd. (ITG), clearly outlining its requirements and scope of work.
2. Upon receipt of the proposal, the concerned authorities shall conduct a site visit to assess the existing conditions and understand the technical requirements.
3. A meeting shall be convened between the authorities and the client department to further clarify and finalize the requirements.
4. Based on the site visit and discussions, the authorities shall initiate the process for obtaining approval from the client for the appointment of empanelled architects/consultants, considering the specialization required for the proposed work.
5. With inputs from the client department, the authorities shall prepare a concept plan, either in-house through the Project Cell or through appointed architects/consultants.
6. Upon approval of the concept plan by the client department, detailed estimates and drawings shall be prepared either in-house or through the appointed architects/consultants.
7. The finalized estimates and drawings shall be submitted to the client department for Administrative Approval.
8. After receipt of Administrative Approval, the Notice Inviting Tender (NIT) shall be issued.
9. Upon completion of all due codal and procedural formalities, the proposal shall be submitted to the client department for acceptance of the tender and sanction of expenditure by the Government.
10. After receipt of the Expenditure Sanction, necessary work orders shall be issued to the selected contractors/vendors.
11. Subsequently, the execution of the work shall commence as per the approved plans and timelines.
